Important Announcement: General Assembly for the financial year 2025/2026
The MUNA+ e.V. General Assembly for the 2025/2026 financial year will take place on June 19th, 2025 at 7 p.m. (CEST). The following agenda items will be discussed:
- Opening of the meeting and announcement of the agenda
- Report on the precedential business year by the Board
- Outlook on the upcoming business year by the Board
- Financial Audit Report by the Financial Auditor
- Exoneration/discharge of the Board
- Elections of Board Members
- Election of Financial Auditor
- Vote on adjustment of §1: Resolution on the Change of the Registered Seat of the Association
- Vote on adjustment of §9: Each board member shall be authorized to represent the association individually
- Vote on adjustment of §9: The term of office for board members shall be set at 12 months
